Shipping & Returns

Shipping

US shipping is free on orders over $100 and $6 flat under that. Orders ship in 2 to 4 business days via USPS with tracking, in recycled packaging with the piece in its own pouch. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves.

International shipping isn't available yet. If you're outside the US and a piece has found you, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

30 days from delivery on unworn pieces in original condition, with the pouch. Email hello@aubrettajewelry.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back.

One thing worth knowing: because every piece is one of one, a returned piece goes back in the shop for someone else to find. It doesn't sit in a warehouse.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced or refunded in full, just send a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

There are no like-for-like exchanges, there's only one of each piece. Return within the 30-day window and choose something new, or take a gift card for a future chapter.
