How do launches work?
Aubretta launches in chapters. Chapter 01 is the story that started it all, live now. Chapter 02 is being written, and the email list hears about it first. Once a chapter opens, its pieces are available until they're gone and don't restock the same way twice.
Do you take custom orders?
Not right now. The work happens chapter by chapter, and every piece starts with a story, not a request. If that changes, the email list will know first.
What are the pieces made of?
14k gold fill for every gold element (a thick bonded layer, not plating), sterling silver, and genuine stones. Each product page lists the exact materials for that piece. Here's what gold fill actually means and why we use it.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, keep it dry when you can, store it in the pouch it arrives in. Piece-specific notes are on every product page, and the Care page has the full guide.
