Good questions
Are the pieces really one of a kind?
Yes. Every piece is made once. When it sells, it moves to the Archive and never restocks. If a piece speaks to you, that's the only one there will ever be.
Will a sold piece ever come back?
No. A similar feeling might return in a future chapter, the same piece won't. Sold pieces live in the Archive so their stories stay told.
How do launches work?
Collections arrive as chapters, each named for the place that wrote it. A chapter opens on a set date and the pieces sell until they're gone. The email list hears about every launch first, and with one-of-one pieces, first genuinely matters.
Do you take custom orders?
Not right now. The work happens chapter by chapter, and every piece starts with a place, not a request. If that changes, the email list will know first.
What are the pieces made of?
14k gold fill for every gold element (a thick bonded layer, not plating), sterling silver, and genuine stones. Each product page lists the exact materials for that piece. Here's what gold fill actually means and why we use it.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free over $100, otherwise $6 flat. Orders ship in 2 to 4 business days with tracking. International shipping isn't available yet.
What's your return policy?
30 days on unworn pieces in original condition. Because every piece is one of one, a return puts it back in the shop, not a warehouse. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, keep it dry when you can, store it in the pouch it arrives in. Piece-specific notes are on every product page, and the Care page has the full guide.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. A gift card lets someone choose the piece that speaks to them, which with one-of-one jewelry is most of the point.
